Your booking terms explain who your contract is with, when it becomes binding and what happens if you or a travel supplier needs to change the arrangements. Please read them before you pay a deposit or ask me to confirm anything on your behalf.

Who is responsible for providing the holiday?

For a package organised by Barrhead Travel, your contract for the package is with Barrhead Travel Service Ltd. For an agency booking, Barrhead Travel arranges the service on behalf of the named supplier and your contract for that service is with the supplier. Your quotation and confirmation should make the position clear.

If you change your mind

Travel bookings do not have a general cooling-off period. If you ask to change or cancel after a contract has been made, the supplier’s charges and any applicable Barrhead Travel service charge may apply. Some arrangements cannot be changed and some become fully non-refundable as soon as they are confirmed.
