This website is owned and operated by Natalie Dent trading as an independent travel agent on behalf of Barrhead Travel based in Scotland. I arrange travel through Brilliant Travel, which is part of the Barrhead Travel Group.

Holiday bookings are made through Barrhead Travel Service Ltd or with a supplier for whom Barrhead Travel acts as agent. Barrhead Travel Service Ltd is registered in Scotland under company number SC057208, with its registered office at 5th Floor, Libertas House, 39 St Vincent Place, Glasgow G1 2ER.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to ask me to arrange travel or enter into a booking contract.

3. Website information is not a confirmed booking

The holidays, destinations, prices and other information shown on this site are intended to help you explore possibilities. They do not amount to an offer, reservation or guarantee of availability. Prices, transport schedules, facilities, images, descriptions and entry requirements can change, and errors can occur.

Submitting an enquiry form, sending a message or discussing a quotation does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking becomes binding only in the way set out in the applicable Barrhead Travel booking terms and any supplier conditions. Your written quotation and confirmation contain the details that apply to your holiday.

4. Booking terms take priority

Every booking is subject to the Barrhead Travel booking terms, the conditions of the organiser or supplier, and any written information provided before confirmation. Those documents govern the travel contract. These website terms govern use of this website and do not replace or alter a booking contract.

5. Your information and authority

You must provide complete and accurate information when making an enquiry or booking. If you give information about another traveller, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and to receive booking information on their behalf. The lead passenger is responsible for checking that every name, date and other detail is correct and for sharing relevant documents with the rest of the party.

6. Passports, visas, health and travel advice

Information on this site about passports, visas, immigration, vaccinations, health, safety and insurance is general guidance. It is not legal, immigration, medical or insurance advice and may not reflect a recent change. You must check the official sources linked on the relevant page and meet the requirements that apply to every traveller, destination and transit country.

7. Permitted use

You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes connected with researching or enquiring about travel. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, harvest data or use the content for an unlawful purpose.

Automated extraction, scraping or commercial reuse of the site or its content is not permitted without written consent.

8. Intellectual property

Unless a different owner is identified, the original written content, branding and design on this site belong to Natalie Dent or are used under licence. Photographs, videos, logos, maps and supplier material may belong to their respective owners.

I take reasonable care of this website, but I cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful code.
